BOOKING FESTIVALS, EVENTS, AND CONCERTS

We request a 30 days advance notice when booking an event, concert or show. Although Hillbilly Boys Tattoo is a fully licensed mobile tattoo studio, we may need to obtain an additional permit depending on the city and county the event will be held in. This may involve a small fee that differs from county to county, which may be charged to the promoter (this will be discussed on a case by case basis). There may also be an inspection by the county or state health department or fire department the day of the event.

BOOKING PRIVATE TATTOO PARTIES

We request 2 weeks advance notice when booking a private party. We will stay as long as it takes to complete the tattoos at your private party to ensure all of your guests leave happy (even if it means we are tattooing all night). We guarantee a minimum of 3 hours at your party awaiting additional tattoos from your guests. If there are no tattoos within 3 hours from the time of our arrival, we will assume our services have been completed. Please give us an estimated number of guests that want to be tattooed. We can bring a maximum amount of 3 artists to a private party, in accordance of how many guests are requesting tattoo work.

CUSTOM TATTOO DESIGNS AND FLASH FOR YOUR EVENT OR PRIVATE PARTY

We can create a sheet of custom Tattoo Flash (pre-drawn tattoo designs) specifically catering to your upcoming event. Within this custom flash sheet there will be a series of small tattoo designs that will take the artist approximately 30 minutes each. We charge a minimum of $80.00 per tattoo and the creation of the custom flash sheet is $100.00.

EVENT PROMOTION

Hillbilly Boys Tattoo will promote your next event on all platforms of social media, and our website if desired.
